Our plan for marketing your property

When you are selling a house or condo, your goal is to sell it fast and make as much money as possible. A good marketing plan can help you do just that. Here is how we will work with you to market your property.

 1.) Getting your home sale-ready. 
We will walk through your home with you and give you helpful tips –  We can advise you on everything from furniture placement, minor repairs, and wall colour, to clutter control.  This helps your house appeal to a broader market base and maximizes the potential for a greater return on your investment..

 2.)  Give you a sense of the market. 
We do the research and encourage a listing price that is reflective of market value, We do this by comparing listings and sales of other comparable homes.  When priced properly, you will have a greater chance of a selling, but will likely get a fair offer that is closer to what you are asking for than if you over-price your house..  .

 3.) Submit the listing to MLS®
We will include (at our expense) professional staging and photography of your property.  We want potential buyers to be able look at and read about your property in such a way that they are able to see themselves living there.  We will ensure that everything has be done to your satisfaction before your property will be publicized.

 4.) Promote your listing. 
We will get the word out about your property in as many ways as we can. Your listing will be featured on our website, our newsletter, in feature sheets, slideshow presentations, targeted emails, and a wide range of popular multimedia marketing platforms that will create interest and reach out to as many potential buyers as possible.

 5.) Promote your property to other REALTORS® 
Phone calls, emails, and personal meetings with other realtors gets the word of mouth started  and creates interest throughout the other brokerages.  We will then follow it up with an Agent Open House to allow realtors (from both local and surrounding areas) to walk through your home and see if they may potentially have clients that would be a good match with your property.

 6.) Follow up after every viewing. 
One or both of us will contact you after every showing to let you know the potential buyers’ level of interest, and tell you what types of comments they made about your property (both good and the not so good).  It is always important to listen to the comments and learn from them.  Observations made from others can be a powerful tool that we can use to our advantage.  It will give us the guidance we need to either stay the course, or to make the necessary adjustments to get your house sold.

 7.) Keep in touch throughout the process. 
You will never have to guess where things stand with the sale of your property.  It is our job to keep you well informed, so we will contact you regularly with updates. If at any time you have questions, or comments, please do not hesitate to reach out.  Remember that we work for you and we will always make ourselves available for our clients!
