This honour represents exceptional sales performance, specifically, our position amongst the Top 1% of Royal LePage Real Estate Representatives across Canada in 2023.

Royal LePage Executive Circle Award

This honour marks exceptional sales performance, specifically, our position amongst the Top Highest Performing Royal LePage Real Estate Representatives across Canada in 2022.

Royal LePage Red Diamond Award

This honour marks exceptional sales performance, specifically, our position amongst the top 2% of Royal LePage Real Estate Representatives across Canada in 2021.

Top 1% Donor, Royal LePage Shelter Foundation

The Royal LePage Shelter Foundation is a cause that is very close to our hearts and we donate a portion of every commission to this wonderful program. Michael and Marian, individually, earned the top 1% donor honour and Teresa also earned a top 25% donor award.

Royal LePage Diamond Award

Each year, 2015 - 2020, Michael and Marian have won the Diamond Award, representing the top three percent of each residential market's Sales Representatives. Marian has also won this award on two other occasions in 2010 & 2011; and then won it every year since with Michael.

Royal LePage Award of Excellence Lifetime Member

The Lifetime Award of Excellence, achieved by our team in 2022, is presented to those who have received the Royal LePage President’s Gold Award, 10 out of 14 consecutive years in standing.

Royal LePage Director’s Platinum Award

Marian has won the Director's Platinum Award, representing the top five percent of each residential market's Sales Representatives. Marian has won this award on 3 occasions in 2012, 2013, & 2014.

President’s Gold

Even in her first two years as a licensed Real Estate Professional (2008, 2009), Marian was driven in her pursuit of being the best that she could be and won the President's Gold Award. This award signifies membership in the top sixth to tenth percentile of a Representative's marketplace.

Royal LePage Top Tier

The Top Tier award is given to professionals who are in the top five percent of their market, having achieved either the Royal LePage Diamond Award or the Royal LePage Director's Platinum Award. Our team has earned this status every year since its inception. This award status enables top Royal LePage Sales Representatives in one market to refer clients directly to top Representatives in another market place. This ensures that our clients and their interests are taken care of when relocating anywhere in Canada.
