The Waterhouse-Ferencz team can find its roots in 2007 with the beginning of Marian’s real estate career with Royal LePage Triland (then known as Royal Lepage Landco). In her first year as a Licensed Real Estate Agent, Marian won the Royal LePage Landco Rookie of the Year award. In 2015, Marian was joined by Michael Ferencz, forming the original Waterhouse-Ferencz roster. Together they work full-time to continue building relationships and community through high-quality real estate service. With years of experience and countless awards under their belts, Marian and Michael continue to thrive in the Royal LePage family. Raising the bar, the team grew again through the acquisition of dedicated Sales Representative, Teresa Martin; and new marketing specialist, Jillian Bourne. Together they strive to provide the best possible service to their clients, fostering exclusive partnerships with local businesses and taking every opportunity to improve.

A portion of every commission is donated to local women’s shelters through the Royal LePage Shelter Foundation. You can be sure that when trusting the Waterhouse-Ferencz Team, you and your home will be receiving the best possible care.
